Free guidance for nonprofits

Your nonprofit's records could be worth $100,000 or more.

Those records may offer a new source of unrestricted funding for your nonprofit. We help you understand the opportunity, the privacy protections, and the next steps. You pay us nothing.

Free guidance. No obligation. No files or passwords needed to start.

Offers depend on the buyer's review. How you can use the money depends on the agreement and any existing restrictions.

Years of everyday work can have another kind of value.

Your team has created documents, emails, reports, and other records while running your nonprofit. Some companies pay to use agreed records for research and AI training.

That paid permission is called data licensing. What can be shared, how private details are protected, and how the records can be used must be reviewed before you agree.

More funding for the work that matters.

Our focus is helping nonprofits explore a source of unrestricted funding—money that may support the needs that matter most to your organization.

  • Programs

Keep services running and reach more people.

  • People

Support the staff who make the work possible.

  • Everyday needs

Cover the practical costs of serving your community.

Whether the money can be used this way needs to be confirmed for your organization and its agreement.

How it works

We help you take the first step.

  1. Step 1

    Tell us about your nonprofit.

Share a few basic details about your organization and its available records. You do not need to upload your records.

  2. Step 2

    Understand the opportunity.

We review your information, explain what happens next, and help with an initial application to a suitable partner, with your permission.

  3. Step 3

    Decide whether to move forward.

The partner reviews the opportunity and may make an offer. You review the agreement and decide whether to accept.

The partner handles the later agreement, preparation of approved records, and payment.

Protecting your clients

Protect the people who trust you.

Your clients' and donors' privacy matters. Before moving forward, you need clear answers about what can be shared and how private information will be protected.

We help you understand the questions to ask:

  • Which records is your nonprofit allowed to share?
  • How will names and other private details be removed or protected?
  • Who will use the records, and for what?
  • What does the written agreement allow?

The partner must explain its process. Your nonprofit and its advisers review the agreement before deciding to proceed.

The first Datifide form asks for basic organization and contact details. It does not ask for client files or system passwords.

You pay Datifide nothing.

No signup fee. No fee for our guidance. No bill from Datifide if your nonprofit moves forward.

If a referral leads to a qualifying deal, the licensing company pays us a referral fee. We explain that relationship from the start.

FAQs

Common questions

What do you mean by our data?
Records created while running your nonprofit, such as documents, emails, reports, and other work records. A partner reviews what may be suitable. Not every record can or should be shared.
Why would a company pay for it?
Some companies use real-world work records for research and AI training. They pay for agreed rights to use suitable records under a written agreement.
Could our nonprofit really receive $100,000 or more?
It may be possible for an eligible organization. The amount depends on the records, the rights available, and the buyer's review. Applying does not guarantee an offer or payment.
What does unrestricted funding mean?
It means money your nonprofit can use where it is needed, such as programs, staff, and regular operating costs. Confirm any requirements in the agreement and your existing commitments before treating a payment as unrestricted.
How are our clients' details protected?
The partner should explain which records it needs, how it removes or protects private details, and how the records will be used. We help you understand those questions. Datifide does not collect your operating records through the initial form.
Does applying mean we have agreed to share our records?
No. The first form starts a review. Basic organization details may be shared with the partners you authorize. A later agreement determines whether any operating records will be licensed.
How much does Datifide charge?
Nothing. Our guidance and initial referral service are free to your nonprofit. We may receive a referral fee from the licensing company if a qualifying deal goes ahead.
What happens after we apply?
We review your information and explain the next step. With your permission, we help with the initial partner application. The partner and your organization handle the later agreement and licensing process.
Do we have to accept an offer?
No. You decide whether to accept a partner's proposed agreement.
How do we correct our details or stop an introduction?
Reply to any email from Datifide or write to kayla@datifide.com. We will fix your details or stop further sharing. This cannot pull back details already sent to a partner.
